Kevin is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Small Business Specialist. He has more than 30 years in small business in small business and over 10 years’ experience in small business IT environments. His extensive experience in the small business sector gives him the unique ability to tailor solutions to give small business the same advantages as larger firms.

In his spare time Kevin enjoys building heirloom furniture and spending time with his family.

Matt Albee

Senior Technician

Matt has more than 40 years’ experience in corporate IT. His extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and servers allows him to diagnose and repair issues quickly and efficiently. In his previous position at Standex International Corporation, as CIO Group leader Matt was responsible for over 60 servers and more than 1800 desktops.

In his spare time Matt enjoys fishing and golfing.

Ralph Osborne

Systems Admin/Support

Ralph brings over 25 years of corporate experience to the Kilpatrick IT Solutions team. As Systems Admin/Support, he maintains and repairs networks, Windows and Unix systems. Prior to joining the company, he worked as Senior Manager of Systems Support for Oracle Corporation, as well as Senior Systems Administrator for Concentra Corporation. In addition to a wealth of programming experience with various languages on multiple platforms, he is a Microsoft Product Specialist and Windows Server Administrator. Ralph received his education from the University of New Hampshire and the Computer Learning Center of Somerville.
